Mongolian circus artists receive standing ovation in Spain

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Some 80 circus artists from 14 countries are taking part in the Figueres International Circus Festival 2016, being held in Spain February 25-29. Mongolia is represented there by 17 artists who are performing board jumping, maracas acrobats, and contortions.

Head of Mongolian Circus Development Center N.Erdene is working as a judge of the festival.

All of the festival’s international judges have dedicated a standing ovation after seeing jumping boards and maracas, performed by artists led by T.Nomuundari.

The Mongolian contortionists have staged their famed “Swan Lake” themed performance.

The best of the fifth international circus festival will be announced on Monday.
