Wreaths laid to Politically Repressed Mongolians Monument in Russia
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mr L.Tsog, one of the Vice speakers of Mongolian parliament and a chairman of State Commission on the Management of Rehabilitation (exoneration) Work, have laid wreaths to the Shining Monument dedicated to the Politically Repressed Mongolians in Moscow, Russia.
Mr Tsog and accompanying him delegates paid a visit to the Russian Federation this November 11-18. They assigned the Embassy of Mongolia to Russia to manage the care for the shining monument located in Kommunarka of Butovo firing range in Moscow.
More than 400 Mongolian citizens had been sent to the former USSR, being arrested with false political charges, and had been interrogated and punished. The State commission has copied the files and materials concerning these politically repressed.
