Social Issues of Capital City Governor’s Office Employees to Be Addressed

October 15, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Mayor of Ulaanbaatar city and
Governor of the Capital City, Nyambaatar
Khishgee, held a meeting with department and division heads, specialists, and
employees of the Capital City Governor’s office to discuss the progress of
ongoing development projects and ways to improve the working environment and
conditions of civil servants.
During
the meeting, the Governor of the Capital City, Mayor of Ulaanbaatar Nyambaatar
Khishgee, noted that 16 mega projects are planned under the 2024-2028 Action
Program. So far, 15 projects have already been launched. Nyambaatar Khishgee
emphasized that feasibility studies have been completed for all projects, while
most are now in the stages of contract signing, tendering, or construction.
Furthermore,
the Mayor also emphasized the importance of improving the working environment
and social security for the Capital City Governor’s office employees, noting
that creating conditions for staff satisfaction is essential. Mayor Nyambaatar urged
employees of the Capital City Governor’s office to improve their time
management and communication, and actively support the implementation of major
projects such as the Ulaanbaatar City Development Master Plan and the Capital
City Governor’s Action Program, and devote their hearts and dedication to their
work.
