New Family Health Center Building Completed in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar, December 1, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Construction of the Family Health Center of Khoroo No.10 in Khan-Uul District has been completed and accepted by the state commission.
According to the Ulaanbaatar Mayor’s Office, the facility was built to ensure faster and more efficient delivery of medical services to residents and to improve the working environment for the center’s doctors and staff.
The
first floor of the two-story building houses emergency care, ultrasound, rehabilitation
and physiotherapy rooms, a laboratory, laundry, sanitation, and electrical
rooms. The second floor includes consultation rooms, injection and immunization
rooms, an archive, and other spaces. Outdoor improvements include pedestrian
pathways, access roads, and a parking area.
The project was funded by the district budget and executed by “Elbeg Gun” LLC, with technical oversight provided by the Ulaanbaatar Investment Department.
