Mongolia-Japan Business Expo Held at "Misheel Expo"

Ulaanbaatar, June 13, /MONTSAME/. Mongolia-Japan Business Expo was held at the International Exhibition Hall of "Misheel Expo" last weekend. This event took place in the framework of the "GOLDEN WEEK" organized by the Japan-Mongolian Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber orchestrates the "GOLDEN WEEK" for the second year to establish businessmen networking between the two countries and bring Japanese products, services, and culture closer to Mongolian consumers. Representatives of Japanese companies participated in the Expo sharing their experiences and a display of products, meetings to establish business cooperation with Japanese companies and start-up businesses, and a panel discussion on how to approach the Japanese market were held.
During the event, traditional Japanese Culture Day took place, organizing "Cosplay and Japan" activities for young people, traditional Japanese "Tea ceremony", ikebana flower making, and "Children's sumo".
Through ikebana flower art, they introduced that most flowers and plants have a specific meaning in the Japanese culture and showed how symbol and seasonal characteristics of flowers are preferred in the composition of the traditional ikebana.
These activities were organized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Japan.
