Ambassador to Russia meets IIB Management Board Chairperson

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extrordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation D.Davaa met with Chairperson of the Management Board of International Investment Bank (IIB) Nikolay Kosov during his visit to the bank office in Moscow on January 4.
At the meeting, Mr. Nikolay Kosov outlined the bank’s activities and its financial services including loans provided in Mongolia and the actions IIB is taking to partner with Mongolian banking and financial institutions and other enterprises.
Ambassador D.Davaa requested the bank to support the expansion of infrastructure development project and program financing in Mongolia and continue with the grant project on research and conservation of Tuul river basin, which IIB is implementing with the Mongolian Academy of Sciences for green growth.
Mongolia is one of the first members of IIB that was established on July 10, 1970. The bank is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.
