New land valuations and tax payment system introduced

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A new land valuations, payment and tax system has been introduced into use. The tax management consolidated system enables citizens and entities to receive claims and pay their land taxes according to the claims using any banking and ebarimt applications.
Furthermore, Mass land valuation methodology and artificial intelligence are used in the newly introduced land valuation system.
With introduction of the system, conditions created to fairly determine land tax and payment, reduce workload of civil service officers as well as to make information on taxation and payment transparent to public and provide possibilities to citizens to make monitoring, sectoral specialists noted.
Citizens are able to get information related to land price, valuation, payment and tax from website www.egazar.gov.mn.
