Mongolian peacekeepers show great success at Dancon march

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian peacekeepers showed great success among 280 troops from 28 countries at Dancon March, which took place in Juba, the Republic of South Sudan on November 2.
Specifically, first sergeants of protection squad M.Saurjan, N.Byambatsogt, deputy sergeant of moto shooting squad B.Anand won the first three places in men’s event. Mongolian peacekeepers also took the 5th to 12th places. While deputy sergeant of protection squad E.Ariunzul and first sergeant of military police A.Dovchmaa won the first and second places respectively in women’s category.
The Danish Ministry of Defense has been traditionally organizing the march since 1972, inviting foreign troops to participate in 25-kilometer march, carrying backpack weighing 10 kg.
