President-initiated projects presented
视频A ceremony was held for launching the projects on Research for Mongolian Ilkhanate, Mongolian Altai Praise and Melody of Mongolian Tsuur, which belong to a series of projects initiated by the President of Mongolia to conserve the Mongolian language and culture and
make the history whole.
Within the project, for the first time in Mongolia, Dr. D.Bayarsaikhan, Professor of the National University of Mongolia has established direct and indirect contribution of the Mongolian Ilkhanate to the development of the Mongolian Empire and Middle and Far East as well as created a work themed “From Khulegu Khaan to Abu Sa’id: Stories about Ilkhanate”, compilation of researches by 21 scholars of 18 countries on Ilkhanate and a documentary based on the researches.
A.Baldandorj and B.Naranbat, the 8th and 9th generation descendants of the great praisers (folk tellers) of Mongolia have released albums “The Mongolian Altai Praise” and “The Melody of Mongolian Tsuur”.
