Friendship Medal Conferred upon Resident Representative of UNFAO in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar, August 25, 2023 /MONTSAME/. On the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of Mongolia becoming a member of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UNFAO), President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa has issued a decree on awarding the Resident Representative of the UNFAO in Mongolia Vinod Ahuja the “Friendship” Medal. Foreign Minister of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh presented the award on August 21, 2023.
The UNFAO has made a significant contribution to Mongolia in achieving social and economic development goals over the past 50 years by implementing more than 200 projects and programs.
