A.Baldandorj awarded Best Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer of 2019

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On February 18, Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh presented a certificate of Mongolia's Best Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer of the year of 2019 and a cash prize of MNT 30 million to epic teller Baldandorj Avirmed.
A.Baldandorj was awarded the title among epic-tellers of Ulaanbaatar and 21 Mongolian aimags in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the national and global promotion of the cultural heritage.
Wishing success in the epic-teller’s artistic career, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh requested him to continue to pass down the Mongolian traditions and wisdom to the younger generation.
