President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa to Attend the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly

Ulaanbaatar, September 22, 2025 /MONTSAME/. President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa will take part in the General Debate of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, to be held in New York, United States.
Marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, this year’s General Assembly and its General Debate will be convened under the theme ““Better Together: 80 Years and More for Peace, Development and Human Rights.”
President Khurelsukh will attend the High-Level Meeting dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, as well as the General Debate of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, where he will deliver a statement reflecting Mongolia’s position on pressing issues of international relations.
In addition, the President is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with UN Secretary-General António Guterres and several heads of state.
A total of 154 countries have confirmed participation in the 80th session of the UN General Assembly at the level of Heads of State and Government.
