Children express their imagination of friendship between Mongolia and India through artworks

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Indian Embassy in Mongolia, the Junior Center for Creative Arts and the Indian Cultural Center in Ulaanbaatar today co-held an award presenting ceremony to the winners of children’s handicraft and painting exhibition titled ‘Past-Present-Future of Mongolia and India’ at Ord gallery of the Junior Center for Creative Arts of Mongolia. 


Ambassador of India to Mongolia M.P.Singh, Member of Parliament B.Undarmaa, Director of the Junior Center for Creative Arts D.Uranbileg and Director of the Indian Cultural Center in Ulaanbaatar L.Sayanaa attended the award-presenting ceremony.

The fifth exhibition has been conducted in three age categories, selecting the best participant for Grandprix and 24 children for winners of the first three places together with special prize winners. 


A total of 956 children from general educational schools in the capital city and the Junior Center for Creative Arts of Mongolia as well as from Ulaangom soum of Uvs aimag, Khuvsgul aimag, Saikhan soum of Selenge aimag and Baruun-Urt soum of Sukhbaatar aimag, actively participated in the competition.
