Mongolian athletes participate in 7th CISM World Military Games successfully

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Mongolian boxers grabbed one silver and two bronze medals from CISM World Military Games, held on October 18-27 in Wuhan, China. ‘Aldar’ sports club under the Ministry of Defense competed in the sports tournaments such as boxing, shooting, archery, freestyle wrestling, judo, athletics and marathon.
In boxing, among Mongolian 3
female, and 7 male boxers International master Kh.Enkh-Amar won silver
medal, and International master Kh.Enkhmandakh and E.Shinebayar won bronze
medals respectively.
Wrestlers E.Ariunbold and D.Erkhembayar won bronze medals in 60 kg
and 66 kg events of judo wrestling, and S.Tserenchimed
won a silver medal in the women’s 68kg freestyle wrestling.
In addition, Olympic gold medalist, Hero of Labor, Honored athlete O.Gundegmaa won a gold medal in 25-meter shotgun exercise, followed by silver medalist G.Kherlentsetseg.
