Japanese Speaker of House of Representatives visiting Mongolia

At the invitation of Parliament Speaker M.Enkhbold, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan Tadamori Oshima is paying an official visit to Mongolia.
Within the framework of his visit, Mr. Tadamori Oshima paid a courtesy call on President Mr Kh.Battulga and met with Parliament Speaker Mr M.Enkhbold, Prime Minister Mr J.Erdenebat and observed the Parliament session. Later today, Mr.Tadamori Oshima visited the Japanese military memorials and watched the miniature Naadam festival in Khui Doloon Khudag.
In connection with the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Mr. Oshima highlighted his visit as the first official visit of the House of Representatives of Japan. During the press conference, Mr. Oshima said “Values of freedom and democracy bring together Mongolia and Japan. Which is why, Japan is a close partner to Mongolia. Within the framework of the strategic partnership, the sides agreed to further expand the bilateral ties by developing political, economic, cultural and sports relations”.
