Dornod aimag to be involved in MERIT project

Dornod /MONTSAME/ Funded by the Canadian Government, ‘Mongolia Enhancing Resource Management through Institutional Transformation’ (MERIT) project is being implemented in Mongolia. Dornod aimag is to be involved in the project and a cooperation agreement was signed by Governor of Dornod aimag M.Badamsuren, Director of the project Sandy Fir and other officials on April 19.
USD11-million MERIT project will be implemented by the Canadian Executive Service Association (CESO) in Mongolia over 6 years between 2016 and 2022, aimed at provoking sustainable social and economic development by building management capacity and strengthening coordination of key strategic sector institutions and effective collaboration among key stakeholders.
