Japanese coach builds new Mongolia women’s national football team

Mr Iki Yoji, who is now working for the Mongolian Football Federation (MFF) as a coach of under 14 women’s national team has recently created a new football team comprising  girls under 19 years old. 

The main goal of newly created team is to perform successfully in the preliminary competition of the 2018 Asian Football Confederation Women's Asian Cup . The competition will be held on 7-22 April in Jordan.

The Mongolian film “The Faith” wins audience award

The Audience Award of the Asian World Film Festival went to a Mongolian film named “The Faith”. The festival took place from October 24 till November 1 in Los Angeles, USA. “The Faith” directed by B.Garamkhand and “The Mother” directed by B.Erdenetsetseg were nominated for the Audience Award of the Asian World Film Festival.  Last year, the Mongolian film with the name “A thief of mind” was nominated for the Asian World Film Festival that gives a chance to Asian film makers to be recognized in Hollywood.

Mongolian snipers listed at the ISSF World Ranking
The International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) updated the list of top shooters of the World. There are 10 Mongolian shooters in the list.

Sniper  G.Nandinzaya was ranked the seventh in the women’s “50m rifle 3 positions” category in the world ranking .  

State Honored Athlete and Olympic silver medalist O.Gundegmaa was ranked at the 9th and 13th  positions in the categories of 10m and 25m pistol respectively.

The International Master of sports Ts.Monkhzul was ranked in the 15th place in 25m Pistol women's event.

Mongolian junior wrestlers grabbed medals in Japan

Mongolian junior wrestlers have successfully participated in the 4th traditional international competition named after famous wrestler of Japan Saori Yoshida. Our athletes have won totally  10 medals.
