“Leadership at Central Bank” int’l workshop starts

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 10th international workshop under a theme “Leadership at Central Bank” was launched on June 12  in Ulaanbaatar by the Bank of Mongolia (BoM) in association with the South East Asian Central Banks (SEACEN) Centre. 

Main objectives of the workshop are to empower leaders for resolving challenges such as how to settle own valuables and purpose directions in order to become a potential leader, to properly manage emotions and to maximizing job productivity by encouraging and developing colleagues.

To last until June 17, the workshop is being attended by over 20 representatives from the Central Banks of some 10 countries including India, Malaysia, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Reports were delivered to the attendees by experts from the ICLIF Leadership and Governance Centre, USA, France, Malaysia and the Philippines as well as Ajith Nivard Cabraal, former president of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
