Second inter-parliamentary meeting between Mongolia and China held

Beijing /MONTSAME/ The second inter-parliamentary meeting between Mongolia and China was held on February 6 in Beijing, China.
From Mongolian side Deputy Speaker L.Enkh-Amgalan, Members of Parliament S.Byambatsogt, B.Delgersaikhan, N.Amarzaya, B.Battumur and from Chinese side representatives headed by Qiangba Puncog, Vice Chairman of Standing Committee of Chinese National People’s Congress attended the meeting. The representatives shared information on current relations and cooperation between the two countries and exchanged views on widening cooperation in fields of inter-parliamentary cooperation, trade, economy, agriculture, environment and air pollution.
On the same day, Deputy Speaker L.Enkh-Amgalan met Chariman of the Standing Committee of NPC Zhang Dejiang and they agreed to strengthen cooperation between the parliaments. Moreover Mongolian delegation got acquainted with operation of Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Environment Protection.
The next regular inter-parliamentary meeting will be held in 2019 in Ulaanbaatar.
