Ulaanbaatar, September 22, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Summary of events for the week of September 22–28, 2025.


Events in Ulaanbaatar:

September 22: Meetings of parliamentary party caucuses will be held.

September 22: The official opening of the Business Forum of companies from Moscow City and Moscow Region in Mongolia will take place.

September 22: Forest Sector Workers’ Day is observed.

September 22: In connection with the State Great Khural’s discussions on the draft State Budget of Mongolia for 2026, the Standing Committee on Budget will organise a discussion on “Revenue Generation of the Budget” in the “Marshal D. Sukhbaatar” Chamber of the State Palace.

September 22: The photo exhibition “Liberation. Peace for the People,” dedicated to the anniversary of the victory of Mongolian and Soviet troops over Japanese militarists, will open at the “Russian House” in Ulaanbaatar.

September 22–24: Opening of the joint photo exhibition “Path and Wings” by Mongolian and Japanese women photographers at the Museum of Natural History.

September 22–28: The “Green Autumn Days - National Industry 2025” exhibition will take place at the National Sports Stadium of Mongolia. 



September 23: A training and meeting themed “Methodological Guidance on Processing Foreign Trade Statistics” will be organised.

September 23–24: Standing Committee meetings of the State Great Khural will be held.

September 24: Cabinet meeting will take place at the State Palace.

September 25–26: The Plenary Sessions of the State Great Khural will convene.

September 27: World Tourism Day will be observed.



September 27: Artists of the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet will open the 63rd season of 2025–2026 with the symphonic concert “Orchestra Night,” presenting the foundations of classical art.

September 28: “Mongolia Tech Week 2025” will be launched nationwide.



September 28: The joint variety and vocal concert “Respect,” dedicated to International Day of Older Persons, will be held at the Cultural Palace of Trade Unions.

September 29: The International Day for the Protection of the Environment will be observed.


Local Events:

September 23: An open day themed “Capital Market and 1,072 Shares” will be organised at the Music and Drama Theatre of Khovd aimag.

September 25–27: A four-sport competition among self-employed entrepreneurs will be held in Baganuur District.

Until October 2: The team of the “Cancer-Free Mongolian Woman” project will work in the desert and eastern soums of Zavkhan aimag.


Events Abroad:

September 22–28: The 11th International Children’s Sports Games will be held in Baotou and Bayannur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China.

September 24–29: Three Mongolian athletes will compete in the UCI Road World Championships in Uganda.



September 25–28: Mongolian products will be showcased at the 6th Liaoning Expo in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, People’s Republic of China.
