Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Average monthly income per capita is 49.2 percent higher than the minimum standard of living on the national level as of the last quarter of 2015, reports the State Registration and Statistics Agency.

In Ulaanbaatar, the per capita income exceeds the minimum living standard by 63.6 percent, in eastern region -- by 59.0 percent, in central region -- by 48.3 percent, in Khangai -- by 33.0 percent and in western region -- by 23.1 percent.

Gini coefficient, representing the income distribution and measuring the inequality, was at 0.330 at the national level, 0.324 in Ulaanbaatar, 0.320 in Khangai, 0.317 in eastern region, 0.335 in central region and 0.330 in western region.
