Mongolian judokas win medals at Warsaw Europe Open

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Mongolian five judokas coached by
B.Batgerel competed in the Warsaw Europe Open 2020, held in Warsaw, Poland, from
February 29 to March 1.
On the first day of the tournament, Mongolian judoka
B.Sukhbat won a bronze medal in the men’s 60kg while E.Sumiyabazar won the
fifth place. In the men’s 73kg, judoka L.Ankhzaya defeated Spanish and Polish judokas,
but was defeated by a Russian athlete Oleg Babgoev.
On the second day, Mongolian female judoka E.Gandiimaa had
some wins in the women’s 78kg. In the final, she lost to her Czech opponent and
received a silver medal.
In the men’s +100kg, judoka O.Tsetsentsengel grabbed a
bronze medal by defeating Belarusian judoka.
