E.Tsendbaatar becomes Asian boxing champion

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. During the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championship taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, E.Tsendbaatar won a gold medal in men’s 60 kg event.
In the match for the silver medal, he defeated Sh.Rakhimov of Uzbekistan by 5:0, qualifying to compete for the gold medal.
As for the gold medal match, he had a dominating victory over Z.Safiullin of Kazakhstan, becoming the 15th Asian Champion from Mongolia.
