Ulaanbaatar Continues Citywide Spring Cleanup Days

Ulaanbaatar, April 8, 2024 /MONTSAME/. The Citywide Spring Cleanup in Ulaanbaatar, initiated by the Governor of the Capital City and Mayor Nyambaatar Khishgee, has now entered its second week.
As of today, the Spring Cleanup has seen 34 contracted organizations of the Governor's Office of Ulaanbaatar City clean an area of nine thousand square meters of the city.
The districts of the Capital have also mobilized residents and businesses to participate in the cleaning effort. In the Bayangol district, 34 khoroos, 303 homeowner associations, and 2,560 enterprises have joined the initiative. Similarly, Bayanzurkh district has mobilized 43 khoroos, 350 homeowner associations, and 3,210 enterprises.
The Sukhbaatar District Governor's Office joined the Citywide Spring Cleanup initiative, which will continue until April 19, 2024, calling on its employees and organizations to clean and wash the surrounding environment.
