Podcast contest organized among Mongolian and Chilean youth

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In celebration of the 50thanniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Republic of Chile, the embassies of the two countries co-organized a podcast contest on ‘My imagination about Mongolia’ and ‘My imagination about Chile’ and the winners have been selected. The contest was aimed at promoting the friendly relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Chile through podcasts and inspiring the youth of the two countries share information and get to know about each other’s countries.
Students of the University of Chile Fernanda Reyes and Joaquin Saez, who pointed out the similarities and differences in the histories, traditions, societies, and cultures of the two countries, won the first place in the ‘My imagination about Mongolia’ category, and students of Latin American School of Medicine E.Tumendemberel and Carlos won first place in the ‘My imagination about Chile’ category. Also, B.Erdene who is majoring in Spanish studies at the National University of Mongolia (NUM) and B.Burenjargal, student of the NUM School of International Relations and Public Administration, were the contest’s first and second runners up.
