Earthquake occurs again in Khankh soum

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At 1:30 PM of March 1, a 4.1 magnitude earthquake was reported in Khankh soum of Khuvsgul aimag.  Residents of the soum felt a tremor, but no damage has been recorded, according to the Emergency Department of the aimag. 


As of 11:00 AM of February 25, 34,113 earthquakes have been reported in Khankh soum, of which 176 were 3.5 magnitude or stronger, reports the National Emergency Management Agency.
