O.Anujin participates in Shanghai International Ballet Competition

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 6th Shanghai International Ballet Competition is being held between August 3-11 under the theme ‘Dance to the Rhytm of Shanghai’. A total of 125 dancers from 16 countries registered to participate in the competition and only 73 were selected.
Honored Artist of Mongolia O.Anujin and dancer of the State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet Ts.Khishigjargal are representing the country at the competition.
O.Anujin has previously won gold at the International Ballet Competition held in Korea under the guidance of ballet master D.Dashlkhagva. She was awarded the Honored Artist of Mongolia during this year Naadam festival.
In addition, an Honored Artist of Mongolia D.Altankhuyag and renowned Georgian ballerina Nina Ananiashvili are invited to the competition as honored guests.
