Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Cabinet of Ministers convened for a regular meeting on June 8. The outcomes of the Prime Minister’s visit to China, took place on May 11-15, was discussed and resolved to be submitted to the National Security Council.
-Draft amendments to the Law on Air was discussed and decided to be presented to the State Great Khural.
-Regulation on preventing arising of disputes on international arbitral courts and foreign courts and on resolving disputes through negotiations was approved. The document aims at settling arguments and disputes through negotiations before the issue reaches the international courts.
-Regulation on Formation and Utilization of State Electronic Database and Exchange of Information was approved.
