The signing of the MoU establishes a framework for cooperation in securities lending and borrowing, enabling Mongolia to benefit from technical and economic expertise provided by KSFC. Within the framework of the Memorandum, the two institutions will expand cooperation in capital markets, exchange information, and provide opportunities for FRC professionals to participate in medium- and long-term training programs in the Republic of Korea. KSFC experts will also deliver advisory support and capacity-building programs for market participants in Mongolia, laying the foundation for a new stage of cooperation between the two sides.
