National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia and U.S. Pacific Air Forces to Implement "Rescue Drill & Traineeship" Program

Ulaanbaatar, June 3, 2025 /MONTSAME/. On June 2, 2025, Head of the Disaster Protection Training Department of the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia Colonel Kh. Sukhbaatar met with representatives of the United States Pacific Air Forces, led by Major Rimrott.
The “Air Rescue Drill & Traineeship,” planned to be jointly organized with the United States Air Forces between August and December 2025, was discussed during the meeting. The National Emergency Management Agency staff will participate in this training program, which will include classroom instructions, emergency medical care training, and height rescue drills. Furthermore, the parties agreed to involve U.S. emergency medical care specialists in the phased “Rescuer-Firefighter Specialization Training,” organized by the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia, with a focus on experience sharing.
