Member of the State Great Khural Bayarmaa Judag Meets Ambassador of the EU to Mongolia Ina Marciulionyte

Ulaanbaatar, May 13, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Member of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia and Member of the Mongolia-EU Parliamentary Friendship Group of the State Great Khural Bayarmaa Judag met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the European Union to Mongolia Ina Marciulionyte on May 12, 2025.
Member of Parliament Bayarmaa noted that Mongolia aims at developing fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation with the EU and its Member Countries across all socio-economic sectors under its Third Neighbor Policy. Furthermore, Ms. Bayarmaa underlined that the EU and its Member Countries have consistently supported Mongolia's social and economic reforms and transition to democracy, emphasizing the expanding relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the European Union.
Ambassador Marciulionyte underscored that the relations between the European Union and Mongolia are based on common values, including democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. The Ambassador expressed readiness to cooperate in ensuring human rights and freedom of expression, and informed Ms. Bayarmaa on the first Mongolia-EU Business Investment Forum, which will be held on October 13-14, 2025.
