‘Mongolian Noble Fibre’ certification mark introduced
The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia, Asian Development Bank Mongolia (ADB) and the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Association (MWCA) jointly organized a ‘Mongolian Noble Fiber’ international high-level forum to introduce Mongolian Noble Fiber certification mark to certify the quality of Mongolian cashmere products.

Infrastructure development works of oil refinery completed
Construction works of 27 km branch line to be used for transporting equipment and devices and goods from Sainshand railway station to oil refinery, 17 km long auto road with a heavy load carrying capacity and 110 kWt power transmission line have been completed within scheduled period and handed over to the State Commission on October 8.
Additional financing agreement for oil refinery signed
Today, Minister of Finance Ch.Khurelbaatar and General Manager of Exim Bank of the Republic of India Shri Saroj Khuntia signed an agreement on additional financing of USD 236 million tp be granted to an oil refinery establishment project in Mongolia.
Thousands of artifacts recovered from ruins of 17th-century Saridag Monastery on display
On September 27, National Museum of Mongolia launched an exhibition “Saridag Monastery”, co-organized by the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) and the Bogd Khan Palace Museum. The Saridag Monastery, now lying in ruins, is proven to be a creative palace of the Undur Gegeen Zanabazar, built by himself.
