Immigration Agency of Mongolia Launches New Visa Application Platform

Ulaanbaatar, November 14, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Immigration Agency of Mongolia has announced the launch of a new digital platform, isf.mn, aimed at streamlining visa application services. The platform is currently in a transitional phase as operations gradually shift from the existing evisa.mn system.
During this interim period, foreign nationals who are temporarily residing in Mongolia for official or personal travel purposes may continue to submit visa applications through evisa.mn section of the Immigration Agency’s main website, immigration.gov.mn. Once the migration is complete, evisa.mn will be decommissioned, and all visa-related services will be fully integrated into isf.mn.
Applicants – including foreign nationals, their sponsors, and business entities – can access the service by selecting the “Visa” menu on the platform. Inviting organizations or companies must authenticate using a digital signature issued by an authorized certification body, while foreign nationals may log in using a valid email address.
Following the submission and review of an application, approved applicants or their authorized representative will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code, which serves as a digital credential for verification and further processing.
