Politics
Ulaanbaatar, January 14, 2026 /MONTSAME/. Starting on January 13, 2026, citizens can submit questions and proposals directly to the Prime Minister through the E-Mongolia and D-Gov.mn digital platforms.
The government has been operating the D-Gov.mn e-governance system for several years as part of its efforts to implement
people-centered policies and ensure meaningful public participation. The portal
enables citizens to submit proposals, initiatives, and solutions on various
issues, and when these receive sufficient public support, they can be discussed
at Cabinet meetings for policy-level decision-making.
In
addition to the dedicated 11-11 hotline, citizens may now use the two digital
platforms to raise questions of interest and submit their proposals directly to
the Prime Minister.
