Sh.Davaadorj grabs two medals at IISA World Championships

swimmer Sh.Davaadorj won silver and bronze medals in breaststroke and butterfly
at the 4th International Ice Swimming Association (IISA) Ice Swimming World
Championships held on February 4-6 in Glogow, Poland. The
2021 Ice Swimming Championships had been moved to 2022 due to the pandemic.
The participants of the biennial
competition competed in 50/100/250/500/1000 meter freestyle, 50/100-meter
breaststroke, 50-meter backstroke, 50-meter butterfly, 100-meter individual
medley and a mixed 4×50 and 4×250 meter freestyle relay.
The temperature of the water was
5 degrees Celsius and the weather in Glogow was in the 7-10 degree Celsius
range.
