Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In order to prevent COVID-19 infection and provide government services to citizens quickly, the Immigration Agency has signed a cooperation agreement with KGB Tegbe delivery company to deliver foreign citizens' documents by registered mail.

In particular, it is now possible to deliver a foreigner's passport, residence permit, certificate, reference and other documents within Ulaanbaatar at the request of a foreign citizen or an inviting citizen, business entity or organization.

Requests for services will be reviewed and the document will be delivered to the client within 24-36 hours of the approval. If refused, the payment will be refunded.

With the introduction of the delivery service, foreign citizens, inviting citizens, business entities and organizations do not have to come in person to pick up their documents, thus saving time and getting a reliable and fast service from hand to hand.
