December 2 Cabinet decisions in brief

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At today’s regular meeting of the cabinet, the Tavantolgoi coal mine of the Erdenes Tavantolgoi LLC was taken under contract security protection of the Internal Troops.
Corresponding ministers were charged to jointly oversee the reports and plans on earthworks submitted by holders of mining special licenses together with professional authorities, and to develop a regulation to have them approved.
The cabinet also resolved to develop proposals to make amendments to and revise relevant laws on transferring the responsibilities on granting construction permits and commissioning of buildings from the state commission to a professional inspection organization.
