Chief Justice of the Supreme Court appointed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Today, President of Mongolia
Khaltmaagiin Battulga issued a decree on appointing D. Ganzorig to the position
of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
In accordance with the provisions in the Section 2 of
Article 51 of the Constitution of Mongolia, Section 1 of Article 9 of the Law
on the President of Mongolia, and Section 3 of Article 15 of the Law on the
Legal Status of Judges, Damdin Ganzorig has been appointed as the Chief Justice of
the Supreme Court of Mongolia.
On the same day, Chief of Staff to the President U. Shijir
formally introduced the presidential decree to the judges and staff members of
the Supreme Court at its office.
Then, Acting Chief Justice Ch. Tungalag presented the seal
to the newly appointed Chief Justice D. Ganzorig.
