State Secretary meets Vice Minister of Emergency Management of China

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. State Secretary of the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry G.Nandinjargal received delegates led by Vice Minister of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China Huang Yuzhi on September 9. During the meeting, Mr. Huang Yuzhi briefly introduced the operations of the Ministry of Emergency Management of China, and the two sides discussed safety measures for coal mining.


Mentioning that a large amount of work on renewing the current rules and regulations regarding mining operations was done in the past year, and that the legal framework needs to be more developed in the future, State Secretary G.Nandinjargal expressed interest in partnering in mine safety with PRC, introducing new technology and training personnel. In response, Mr. Huang Yuzhi informed that the two sides have the full potential to develop further partnership in mine safety as well as in the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative of PRC.
