The Ensemble of Military Song and Dance receives certificates of UNESCO

On the eve of its 85th anniversary, the Ensemble of Military Song and Dance has become a first-ever cultural organization that received certificates of 13 intangible cultural heritages of Mongolia, inscribed on the UNESCO.  

The ensemble has reflected 10 heritages out of 13 on its performances, disseminating and publicizing them to Mongolians and others.

The Ensemble made its first cultural performance on December 12, 1932. It was only cultural organization that served soldiers and citizens of liberated area during the 1945 war of liberation. With its unique image and performances, the Ensemble played a main role in participating in the national and international cultural festivals.
