Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Mongolia V.V.Samoilenko presented Friday diplomatic credentials to State Head of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj.
                After this ceremony Ts.Elbegdorj and the new Ambassador shared views on Mongolia-Russia relations and cooperation.
The State Head congratulated Mr Samoilenko on becoming the Ambassador to Mongolia. Ts.Elbegdorj said the bilateral relations have specific features "strengthened by Mongolian and Russian brothers' joint labor", and expressed a gratitude for the state visit of the Russian President to Mongolia.
The dignitaries expressed a mutual satisfaction with beginning a new era to develop the bilateral cooperation in many spheres such as mining and defense.
                Victor Vasilievich Samoilenko graduated the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1970. He is an academician of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Russia, speaks English and German.
