Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ In the near future, a new system of budget planning, based on Internet, will be introduced in Mongolia. The draft budget for the fiscal year 2011 will be drawn up by using this system.
Work on transferring to the new system will be carried out by 2 companies--Canadian "Freebalance Inc" and Mongolian "Interactive".
                For many years, a budget draft drawning up and managing has been performed exclusively through paper documents which requires more handwork and time. Besides, the computer program "Fiscal 5.31" for drawning up a draft budget is only used in some ministries and provinces, and, in some cases, written materials are put into this program.
In view of that, it has become necessary to introduce a new system to automaze the process of drawning up draft budget and to cut down "writing".
