Ulaanbaatar,/MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj received Monday a delegation headed by John Boehner, a congressman from the Republican Party of the House of Representatives and House Minority Leader of the U.S Congress. Beginning the meeting, Mr Boehner thanked for an audience, and wished success at works to the State Head.
                The President underlined the USA is the "Third neighbor" for Mongolia supporting the democracy and market economy. Ts.Elbegdorj also pointed out that he will make a big effort to widen the bilateral relations and cooperation. He added that the development of inter-parliamentary ties and regularity of summit visits are significantly contributing to the bilateral ties.
                "Mongolia backs the USA's policy on Afghanistan and Pakistan. So, Mongolia send its military groups of the Armed Forces to Afghanistan for international peacekeeping operations" Ts.Elbegdorj said, and the Mongolia's side reaffirmed its position.
                At the end of the meeting, the sides shared views on other issues on the bilateral relations.
