Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg is attending the 11th
Bali Democracy Forum being held in Bali, Indonesia on December 6-7.
At
the forum being organized under the theme ‘Democracy for Prosperity’, Deputy
Minister B.Battsetseg gave remarks. She said, “Democracy and prosperity are
interrelated. Mongolia’s choice of democracy makes valuable contribution to its
efforts to prosperity.” She briefly introduced about Mongolia’s challenges and
experiences it has had so far.
During
the forum, Ms. Battsetseg met with Dr. Abdurrahman Mohammed Fachir, Deputy Minister
of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia and exchanged views on bilateral relations and
cooperation.
The Forum encourages countries to establish a balance between
economic and political development, to create peace and security, and
promote human rights and fundamental freedom as well as respect humanitarian values.
