Foreign Minister receives South Korean delegation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On December 4, Minister of Foreign
Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar met with a delegation led by Lee Sang-jin, Deputy Foreign Minister
for Overseas Koreans and Consular
Affairs at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Korea, who is on visit to attend the 10th Consular Meeting between Foreign Ministries of Mongolia and Republic of Korea.
Minister D.Tsogtbaatar requested
the Korean part to provide support and cooperate in addressing issues faced
by some 47000 Mongolians studying, working, and living in South Korea, underlining the significance of people to people relations and that the Government of Mongolia pays special attention to the matter. He also asked
to promptly address applications of the citizens who are traveling to the
country to receive healthcare services.
Furthermore, the parties exchanged
views about security on the Korean Peninsula as well as some issues of mutual
interest.
