President responds to official letters from the Prime Minister

Khaltmaagiin Battulga responded to official letters from Prime Minister
U.Khurelsukh regarding consultations on the matters of dismissing and relieving
some members of the Cabinet.
In his letter, President Battulga said, “I have received and
reviewed the official letter You forwarded on December 3rd regarding
consultations on the matter of dismissing Ts.Tsogzolmaa, Member of the Cabinet
and Minister of Education, Culture, Science, and Sport, on account of breach of
the Section 3 of Article 17 and the Section 4 of Article 24 of the Law on
Cabinet. It is suitable that the matter be submitted to and discussed by the
Parliament in accordance with the Section 2 of Article 39 of the Constitution
of Mongolia and the Clause 1 of Section 1 of Article 23 of the Law on Cabinet.”
In the other letter, President Battulga said, “I have received and reviewed the official letter You forwarded on December 3rd regarding consultations on the matter of relieving Ya.Sodbaatar, Member of the Cabinet and Minister of Road and Transport Development, from his post on account of his resignation. It is suitable that the matter be submitted to and discussed by the Parliament in accordance with the Section 2 of Article 39 of the Constitution of Mongolia and the Clause 1 of Section 1 of Article 23 of the Law on Cabinet.”
