'Best Artworks -2018' exhibition running

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 117 best works of 87 artists are on display at the Mongolian National Modern Art Gallery. The Culture and Arts Authority, the Government Implementing Agency and the Gallery are co-organizing the exhibition ‘Best Artworks -2018’ from September 28 till October 11.
Different types of artworks are presented in the exhibition such as painting, Mongolian paintings, sculpture, carving, graphics, leather and installation.
Traditionally, the best artworks are selected by a professional council and bought for the state fund with the regulation on buying best artworks for the state fund in accordance with the 115th governmental resolution approved in 2006.
The best artworks of this year will be selected on the last day of exhibition, October 11.
